Metadata Server

Was looking to mock this service to use with my private cluster. But it is a little bit too complicated for the gain it provides.

For example using the EXO token:

Simply concatenate the policy id with the asset_name (in base16)

Asset Name: 45584f

Policy Id: 048ee598172481f98d613fc9fb6a03fd6ec3edccb75f8e4afc993b66
